Thermoplay, with the experience acquired on the production of hot-runner systems with thermoregulated nozzles, manifolds, thermocouple controllers and sequential controllers, developed a technical-productive concept able to face any challenge, offering to the customer the necessary solution.The requirements of the molds designers as well as of the high technology products are settled by the Thermoplay designers with the highest degree of professionalism, obtaining at adequate costs, the best solutions for those productions.Valid examples are the latest products with two or four colors with several combined materials, hot halves and stack moulds for the high volume productions, with quick cycles and several markings, with no defects on the product at the point of injection. We believe we can satisfy any constructive need for hot runner moulds in the automotive, packaging, electronics, medical, micromechanics and emerging sectors. Thermoplay guarantees assistance whilst offering testing for customers on new plastic materials. Hot halves delivery the normal systems to be completed within 3-4 weeks while only 2 weeks for standard 2,4,6 and 8 feed systems from confirmed technical details and order date.
