5 Star Service - 5 Star Products - 5 Star Service. Our Sales Rep; Brian Bennington, and the entire Volk staff provide exceptional service. They have risen to the challenge of providing boxes sooner than lead time to keep us from running out on more than one occasion!! The best!!
I have worked at New England Cremation Supply for a little over three years. In those three years I have come to know Brian Bennington and Lori Smith as I work directly with them. Over the years I have found that employees are extensions of the company they work for and how they are treated is how they treat the customers they work with. This is true with Brian and Lori. What ever my question or need they are ready to help. I have always felt respected by each of them and this is something I hold to be very important in a business relationship.
We have been a client of Volk for at least 20 years. We depend tremendously on their product to make our company grow and supply our customers with the products they need. As long as I have worked here we have had the best salesperson ever who is extremely knowledgeable and helps us with our many new designs for our ever growing product list. Brian Bennington has been a huge asset to our company and his attention to our needs can not be surpassed. He visits our office and works closely with the owner to enable the best choices of options for our product. Brian is not just a salesperson, but over the many years has become a friend. We value his views & insight , appreciate his attention & dedication with details in getting us the product we can stand behind and proudly put on name on. On occasion we must have an order rushed, Lori Smith in the office is amazing. She watches our account to ensure we don't duplicate orders if she feels we placed orders for the same items in a short time frame she will either email or call us. She knows all of our product and account well and expedites order acknowledgements out to us within an hour of placing an order with a delivery date which is so helpful in maintaining our shop production schedule.
I know it takes a lot of hands to make everything come together in a company and I want to thank the entire staff @ Volk for all you do to make us who we have proudly become!
