we do not batch or formulate just fill seal & pack.
Customer handles shipping, sends bulk, components, pack out instructions we fill seal pack with RAPID TURN AROUND.

-For metal tubes we offer lot code printing on ifc`s currently white, black, yellow ink color choices.

-Capable of pumping out 2 million plastic tubes a month and about 600,000 metal tubes a month and can always scale to accommodate, no MOQ flat rate for 2500 and under.

-12,000 sq ft ISO FACILITY (certs. attached), 24/7 Pressurized clean room for production, Ecolab washroom cleaning facilities.

-Heating chambers for products that need to be heated to fill like concealers and thick ointments/balms, along with agitation for all fillers & jacketed hoppers for hot fill projects.

-We have Custom made food grade supply pumps and Machine valves as well for abrasive products like scrubs, toothpaste and other materials that cause Havick on nontreated stainless and stops/prevents any type of contamination.

-All Incoming bulk and outgoing bulk get micro tested at our third-party test facility.

-Of course we work with all, buckets totes, drums.

-Standard size tooling in house for plastic and metal tubes from 16mm-50mm (.25ml-8oz Fill capacity)
Usually less then 1% scrap rate.
Floating floor space for climatized storage of materials.
