Robot or robotic palletizing is something we supply also, we then get the robot itself from Yaskawa, it is common for all suppliers of robot palletizer solutions, that they get the robot from one of the many manufacturers of those and then manufacture the product gripper and all other equipment like conveyors etc. In addition to that, we at Ehcolo have also developed a touchscreen interface with a pattern setup program, which is very easy for operators to handle.

A robot is known to be very accurate, and it is, but if we talk about bags that are soft, the bags do not know that, and that has given many customers unpleasant surprises, as the bags move in the gripper during transfer from the pick-up point to the lay-off point on the pallet, making it necessary to make the pattern program with big tolerances, avoiding a coming bag being laid off on an already laying bag, resulting in unwanted distances between the bags. As we can supply both robotic palletizing solutions and our own palletizer solutions, we can propose the right palletizer, which the company only supplying robot palletizers cannot.

Our state-of-the-art robotic palletizer or de-palletizer is from Yaskawa. And we Ehcolo design and manufacture the gripper and conveying systems for both product and pallets. NEW is our own developed touch screen for easy control and setting up of pallet patterns, no need for the pendant, so now extremely easy for operators to learn and use.
Our current customers/operators are extremely happy about this new development. It can palletize both bags and boxes with a capacity of up to 800 bags/boxes per hour with single bag handling, higher capacity with multi bag handling.

Our robot does not have, like all other robots also, the layer side and top pressing facilities as our model PM 800 and PM 900 palletisers, but does a decent job when bags are firm.
