The Water Reuse System removes suspended solids and reuses water from any slaughter process, then returns the water back to the main process. This reduces water consumption and can provide significant savings—up to 15 million gallons per year. The system has a small footprint and can use either a stationary CIP spray or our patented Traveling CIP option.
Micro Drum Screens remove particles as small as .008” to reduce industrial waste and increase product recovery. This can provide up to 30% savings on sludge removal, handling costs, DAF chemicals and municipal costs.
